Covenant Compliance
Stonecroft is a covenant-enforced community! Our covenants were developed to create a uniform look while providing safety to all who enter. We believe education is the key to enforcement. Homeowners are responsible for any tenants residing at your property. To view the full covenants, click here. Violations can result in fines up to $25 per day per violation. Please keep in mind the following:

Pets – For the residents in Stonecroft who have dogs, you MUST pick-up their excrement! Anyone caught NOT picking up after them WILL BE FINED! Dogs must be on a leash when walking them in the neighborhood.

Trash Bins and trash must be stored in your garage or back yard so as not to be visible from the street or any drive. Trash bins may be placed curbside on Wednesday evening before the Thursday morning pickup and must be returned to your garage or back yard on Thursday evening.

Parking is NOT allowed on the private drives (common driveway areas leading to the garages). Instead, vehicles may park on the main streets so long as they are a) not parked against the flow of traffic, b) not obstructing the mailboxes or making it difficult for mail delivery, c) not parked within 30 feet of a STOP sign, d) not parked within 15 feet of a Fire Hydrant, and e) not parked on the grass, damaging sprinklers.

Garage Doors shall be kept closed at all times, except when entering or leaving with your vehicle. Garage doors can get off-track causing them not to close especially with changes in temperatures. To assure your safety, make sure the door closes completely and keep them closed.

Pressure Washing/Painting - In an effort to keep Stonecroft looking beautiful, please look at your property and see if it needs to be pressure washed or shutters/door painted. Be sure to check your fence also (inside and outside, with your neighbor’s permission if your fence is in their back yard).
