NOTE: Each homeowner is responsible for setting up, paying, maintaining, and closing each account listed below. The Stonecroft HOA Board is only responsible for irrigation (front yard and common areas) and electricity for light poles located in HOA private drives.

Homeowners can also view usage either online at My Water Advisor
or can download the APP on your smartphone. Homeowners can also request to be alerted of a possible leak through the APP.
**While this is a great feature, it doesn't always work properly.**
The HOA Board recommends HomeServe 855-336-2465 or HomeSafe 800-856-4414 insurance for water line breaks that occur related to your property. See the contractors page for more information and estimated costs for each.

GARBAGE/RECYCLING
Red Oak starting July 1, 2026
Garbage and recycling services will change from Waste Management
to Red Oak Sanitation starting July 1, 2026. Red Oak will supply each residence with a 95‑gallon trash cart and a 64‑gallon recycling cart in advance of service launch. As part of the transition, residents will receive billing and customer service contracts, educational materials, service day notices, holiday schedule adjustments, and recycling guidelines by July 1st. The rate will be $48 per quarter.
Under the new contract, residents will receive weekly curbside garbage collection, weekly single‑stream curbside recycling collection on the same day as trash service, weekly bulky item pickup, allowing up to two items per week without additional charges, backdoor collection service for eligible residents with medical or accessibility needs, and yard waste collection allowing up to eight bags or bundles per week. Backdoor Pickup for Elderly and Disabled Citizens
If you are physically unable to manage the garbage/recycling carts and there is no one else residing with you that can manage them, Red Oak will provide you with "backdoor service" free of charge.
