NEWS UPDATE

Quarterly HOA Meetings via Conference Call

Due to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, the Board held the 4th Quarter Meeting via a conference call.  Homeowners were able to dial-in from the comfort of their own home.  The minutes of the meeting will be posted in the Homeowner section of this site.

The 2021 Annual Meeting will be held in January and will likely be via conference call.  The exact date and time will be listed in the 1st Quarter invoices which will be mailed to homeowners in December.  Coupon books will also be mailed in late December/early January.

2021 dues are anticipated to remain at $165/Quarter but will be voted on at the Annual Meeting in January.  We will still allow monthly payments.

Prior Meeting Minutes & overall HOA Financial information (not individual homeowner account information) can be obtained from

the secure Homeowner section of this website. NOTE: You will first need to request access and keep your password handy for subsequent logins.

Detailed HOA and/or homeowner financials are available upon request; complete the form on the Contact page or email HOA@Stonecroft.net.

Covenant Compliance

Stonecroft is a covenant-enforced community!  Our covenants were developed to create a uniform look while providing safety to all who enter.  We believe education is the key to enforcement.  Homeowners are responsible for any tenants residing at your property.  To view the full covenants, click here.  Violations can result in fines up to $25 per day per violation.  Please keep in mind the following:

Pets – For the residents in Stonecroft who have dogs, you MUST pick-up their excrement!  Anyone caught NOT picking up after them WILL BE FINED!  Dogs must be on a leash when walking them in the neighborhood.

Trash Bins and trash must be stored in your garage or back yard so as not to be visible from the street or any drive.  Trash bins may be placed curbside on Wednesday evening before the Thursday morning pickup and must be returned to your garage or back yard on Thursday evening.

Parking is NOT allowed on the private drives (common driveway areas leading to the garages).  Instead, vehicles may park on the main streets so long as they are a) not parked against the flow of traffic, b) not obstructing the mailboxes or making it difficult for mail delivery, c) not parked within 30 feet of a STOP sign, d) not parked within 15 feet of a Fire Hydrant, and e) not parked on the grass, damaging sprinklers.

Garage Doors shall be kept closed at all times, except when entering or leaving with your vehicle.  Garage doors can get off-track causing them not to close especially with changes in temperatures.  To assure your safety, make sure the door closes completely and keep them closed.

Pressure Washing/Painting - In an effort to keep Stonecroft looking beautiful, please look at your property and see if it needs to be pressure washed or shutters/door painted.  Be sure to check your fence also (inside and outside, with your neighbor’s permission if your fence is in their back yard).
